The Automatic Control System for Microdosing Facilities - POWDOS consists of:
- Screen based process visualization (PC)
- PLC - I/O section
- Contactor panel
- Database section
The dosing hardware consists of:
- Steel construction for suspension of raw material bins
- Raw material bins
- Dosing screws
- Precision dosing unit
- Dosing chamber
- Weigh hopper
- After bin
All parts coming into contact with the products can be made in stainless steel. The system can be connected to outdoor silos.
