Total Optimizing Pelleting System - TOPS 

TOPS is Norvidan's unique system for OPTIMIZING and controlling pellet press lines.

By means of its patented di/dt (Change in current/Change in time) the TOPS system is able to optimize the capacity and the energy consumption for every recipe/formula during every production run. This point is also the point of gelatinization.

Further to the advantages of complete automization of the pellet press line the TOPS sytem will give the following advantages:

Capacity increases in the order of 10-40% of the pellet press/mill.
